Property and Cancellation Policies :
In case you need to cancel ou change the dates of your booking, you must communicate through email to the Hotel´s resarvation department.
We do not accept cancellation or any exchange on the phone. The costumer has 30 days before the check in to change anything or to cancel. If it does, 90% of the money already transfered will be returned ( the 10% are for the service fees).
Changes will not be negotiated in New years Eve, Christmas, Carnaval, Easter and special holidays.

Terms and Conditions
:- CHECK-IN : from 14 Hs until 18H00;
- CHECK-OUT: until 12H00 – After 12h00, another day will be charged;
- Children over 8 years old
- before your stay, the eletricity counter will be checked. If you spend more than 10 Kws, it will be charged 10 Reais per Kw;
- Before you leave your apartment, please check it the stove, the air conditioned and the lights are of to avoid extra expenses;
-Cleaning is not available during your stay;
- If you want cleaning service, it will be charged 40 Reais. In case you need to also clean the kitchen, it will be 50 Reais;
- The guest will receive a clean apartment. Please return it in the same conditions, otherwise it will be charged 100 reais;
- We will only change towels and sheets once a week, same day that the guest check in;
- Visits for the guest are not allowed
- The visitors can´t benefit the use of the Kiosk area, the pool, barbeque, main bathroom, shower, tables and chairs. Guest use only.
- Loud Music or any kind of other loud sounds (screaming or talking on a high pitch) are not allowed inside the room or the main area to avoid annoying other guests;
- Casa FENG-SHUÍ it is not responsable for any objects forgoten objects in all the areas;
- Voltage: 220 V
- It´s not allowed to take out towels to the beach;
- It´s not allowed to wash your clothes. If the guest wants, we can arranje a private service that can be requested on your phone or at the reception;
- Pool: 09H00 until 21H00 – inside the pool it´s allowed to use suncreen but it´s not allowed the use of suntan lotion;
- For Hygiene reasons, before you use the pool, please use the shower;
- PETS are NOT ALLOWED;
- The children´s care are their PARENTS RESPONSABILITY EVERYWHERE;
- It´s NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE anywhere!
- Inventory: once the check in is done, the guest has 2h to verify and claim about the inventory. After that, not claims will be accepted;
