Property and Cancellation Policies :
In case you need to cancel ou change the dates of your booking, you must communicate through email to the Hotel´s resarvation department. We do not accept cancellation or any exchange on the phone. The costumer has 21 days before the check in to change anything or to cancel. If it does, 90% of the money already transfered will be returned ( the 10% are for the service fees). This kind of cancellation is only Available in the 50%-50% option of payment (50% booking and 50% in the check in). Nevertheless, you can negotiate and exchange in your stay, keeping a credit so you can use some other time. this option can only be used once. If you cancel within the 21 days before the check in, all the transfered value will not be returned.
Changes will not be negotiated in New years Eve, Christmas, Carnaval, Easter and special holidays.
If you chose to pay divided in your credit card we wont acept cancellations.The costumer will loose all of the money unless he can negotiate 21 days prior of the check in, so it can be used as a credit.
Terms and Conditions
How to book?
The guest needs to transfer 50% of the total value in a 24h period after the bank data are given. Then we´ll send a Voucher to finish the reservation.
The Hotel has the right to refuse the entry of the guest if the he refuses to pay the rest of the 50% at the check in.
If you buy with 3 or more months before in advance, a value over 800 Reais, we can divide in your credit card.
Do Children pay?
From 0 - 4 years old 10 reais per day will be charged (including babies).
We´ll have baby cribs at your disposal, a matress or a bed. The Hotel must be informed beforehand for better acommodation. From 5 years old children pay like adults.
No Show?
If you do a No Show until 12h00 the day after you booking, the Hotel will the retain the 50% from it and the guest will loose all your stay.
Early check out
After the check in and the payment, none of the value will be returned.
